The San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce represents the interest of over 300 members, many of whom are small business owners.
Established in 1972 as the Stockton Mexican American Chamber of Commerce, the San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SJCHCC) provides assistance in opening businesses, accessing capital, business plan development and links members-to-members through programs, workshops and special events held throughout the year.
SJCHCC is also active in its mission to advocate on behalf our members and business within San Joaquin County and acts as a conduit for facilitating a business-friendly environment. In addition, the Chamber serves as a source of referrals for the agencies and organizations needing information about the local Hispanic market and community.
